Your details will only be used for processing your order or to contact you if there are any problems with delivery. Your contact details will only be retained on our system if you have opted to go on our mailing list. These details will not be shared by any third party. We do not store credit or debit card information.

Payment

Payment on the site is made by secure transaction through PalPal using debit or credit card or through your own PayPal account if you have one. We do not store credit or debit card information.

Returns and Complaints

Please contact us immediately and certainly within the "use by" date of the product if a product does not meet the high standard expected. We will respond to any complain within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will refund the selling price by crediting the original purchase card or by cheque if appropriate.

Should the item you have chosen not be in stock we reserve the right to substitute with another size combination, provided it is equal to or greater than the original one you have ordered.

Please feel free to telephone us any time if you have any queries about an order as we are always delighted to have personal contact with our customers. We are quite happy to accept orders over the telephone as well as from our website.

Please note our products are perishable items and we cannot take responsibility for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or postcode being given, or where recipients are away. Please note also that regrettably we cannot be held accountable for goods that have been left in warm places or out of refrigeration for more than 4 hours after arrival especially during the summer months.
