Delivery

Ordering and delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail next day special delivery or courier for all chilled goods and we dispatch normally Monday to Thursdays. Saturday delivery is available by Royal Mail special delivery for an extra charge. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us so we can arrange.

Non chilled products will be sent by first class mail.

As our products need to be refrigerated as soon as possible upon delivery, you may prefer delivery to your workplace. A telephone number must be provided in all cases at the time of ordering in case of any problems with delivery, especially critical during the Summer months.

Please note that our chilled products are perishable items and we cannot take responsibility for items that cannot be deivered due to an incorrect address or postcode being given, or where recipients are away. Please note that regrettably we also cannot be held accountable for goods that have been left in warm places or out of refrigeration for more than 4 hours after arrival, especially during the Summer months.

You retain the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch and obtain a refund.

Packaging

All our chilled products are sent in reusable insulated boxes with gel packs to keep the products at optimum temperature during transit. There is a price incorporated in the chilled products delivery charge for this.
